The scientists from leading universities of the world will participate in celebration of 100th anniversary of Perm State National Reseach University in Perm

The representatives of three parts of the world – Europe, Asia and America, will celebrate 100^th anniversary of PSNRU. More than 50 leading scientists and public men from USA, Great Britain, China, Denmark, Germany, France, Netherlands, come to the capital of the Kama River region. They will participate in celebrations and give lectures for Permians.

The representatives of Oxford, Manchester, Qingdao, Louisville, Lyndonville, Aarchus, will participate in PSNRU board meeting on the occasion of 100^th anniversary and become guests of the festival “Vekovoy” on October 13. Also foreign scientists will share their exclusive knowledge with Permians, which includes knowledge of semantic nets, unique records made by the creator of anti-utopian novel “We”, Evgeniy Zamyatin, tell about “provocative” politics and phenomenon of Donald Trump, as well as about educational system of USA.

On October 11,within the international symposium “Metaphor as means of learning communication”, there will be held a meeting with leading specialist in this sphere – professor of Aarchus University (Denmark), Jan Engberg, who will present his view of problems of metaphor, creation of speech frames and semantic nets.

On October 12, member of the Oxford Board member for Corporate Strategy and Economic Development, politician and public man, Bob Price will tell about peculiarities of administration in Oxford and development of international connections.

The issue of the unique record of anti-utopian novel “We” by Evgeniy Zamyatin and of how the author’s text was created will be discussed on October 13 at the lecture held by professor of Oxford University, July Curtis, who recently found the record of the novel in American archives.

On October 15, there will be held thelecture “Presidential Electionin USA.Phenomenon of Donald Trump” by Doctor of Science, professor of Lyndon State College (USA, Vermont), Alexander Strokanov. He will tell about development of American establishment and provocative politics.

And on this Saturday, October 8, Permians will be able to visit public lecture held by Michael Losavio, the professor of Law School of Louisville University, about peculiarities of educational system in USA.
